Our 49th season marks a heartfelt return to our roots, blending tradition and renewed passion. After many years behind the scenes, we’re both back where it all began.

Betty Pellegrini returns to lead the kitchen with her refined touch — a cuisine of balance and authenticity, where genuine ingredients meet contemporary sensitivity.

At the grill, I, Patrizia, will bring back the familiar aromas and flavors that have always felt like home.

In the central district of Gardone Sopra – hamlet of Gardone Riviera – just 100 metres from Vittoriale degli Italiani, the shrine of Italian victories, you will find a small corner of paradise, a historical inn – composed by restaurant and lodging – where you will be able to enjoy your lunch or dinner in a wonderful setting, while feeling unique sensations that will combine together fragrance, taste, and aroma.
