Don’t call it just pizza! Since 2014 Patrizia and Elisabetta with her daughter Valeria, have widened the horizon with the creation of the Ai Pines pizzeria.

An unusual name that was born from the union of Pio and Ines, a praise to the founders of degli Angeli and an inspiration for this new adventure after their death.

Not your usual pizzeria, or what we usually call ‘gourmet pizza’, but a new, modern product, with a few traditional touches, but that is mostly going towards new horizons, new kinds of dough, new seasonings and ingredients.

Yasir, our Pakistani pizza chef who has been in the team for 15 years, is able to combine together high-quality products and ingredients, the best cooking techniques and different baking styles.

Our revolution starts from the dough; it is not just a base to be seasoned, but it is indeed taste, lightness and digestibility at the same time. Conceived in this way, the dough becomes a fundamental element that can be matched with ingredients prepared and cooked with cuisine techniques. The development of this idea gives the opportunity to experiment new combinations and ingredients that are the absolute stars of the Ai Pines.
